Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the basis on which you may use this website and the basis on which we provide services. Individual projects are governed by the written proposal or agreement you approve.

Review before launch. Items shown in square brackets are placeholders for your business details — legal entity name, jurisdiction, payment terms and response periods. Have these terms reviewed for your own jurisdiction before publishing.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the web-dreams.com website and to any services provided by [Legal entity name], trading as Web Dreams (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

Where a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement exists between us, that document takes precedence over these general terms for the work it covers.

2. Use of this website

This website is provided for information about our services. You agree not to:

  • Use it in any way that is unlawful, misleading or harmful
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to our hosting environment
  • Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or malicious through any form
  • Interfere with its availability, including through automated scraping or bulk submission

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of this website without advance communication. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or error.

3. Information on this website

Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not a quotation, a formal offer or professional advice for your specific circumstances.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, AI assistant citations, traffic volumes, conversion rates or revenue results. Any figures used as project targets are goals agreed at the start of the work, not promises of performance.

4. Enquiries, proposals and scope

Submitting a form on this website does not create a contract. A contract begins when you accept a written proposal or agreement from us, or when we confirm in writing that work has started.

Each proposal sets out the deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timeline and fees for the work described. Anything not listed as included is out of scope. Additional work is quoted and approved separately before it begins.

5. Your responsibilities

To deliver projects efficiently we rely on you to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business, products and services
  • Supply content, brand assets, imagery and access credentials in good time
  • Ensure you hold the rights or licences for any material you ask us to publish
  • Respond to review requests and give consolidated feedback within agreed windows
  • Maintain accurate contact and billing details

Delays in any of the above may affect the timeline and, where the impact is significant, the fee.

6. Third-party services

Projects often involve third-party platforms: hosting, domains, content management systems, payment providers, booking systems, advertising platforms, analytics and software subscriptions. These are governed by the provider's own terms, are usually billed directly to you, and can change their pricing or features independently of us. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes or discontinuation of a service, though we will always help you find a workable alternative.

7. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in the proposal in [currency] and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are:

  • [Deposit: percentage payable before work starts]
  • [Milestone payments: proportions payable at agreed stages]
  • [Ongoing services: invoiced monthly in advance]
  • [Late payment: interest or suspension terms]

Work may be paused where invoices are overdue. Third-party costs already committed on your behalf remain payable.

8. Revisions and change requests

Proposals include a defined number of review rounds at each agreed stage. Additional rounds, or changes to approved direction, are handled as a change request and quoted before work continues. Sign-off at a stage confirms that the work concerned can be built upon.

9. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you — including the website design, custom code and content we wrote for the project — together with the rights you already hold in your own brand and content.

We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, reusable components, internal frameworks and know-how, and we may reuse general techniques and non-confidential elements in other work. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, platforms) remain subject to their own licences.

Unless you ask us not to, we may reference the completed work in our portfolio. We will never publish confidential information or claim results you have not confirmed.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the project. This obligation continues after the project ends. It does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

11. Availability, support and maintenance

Unless a support or maintenance arrangement is agreed in writing, our responsibility for a project ends at launch. After launch:

  • You are responsible for keeping the website, its platform and its plugins updated and backed up
  • We are available for further work, changes, fixes and improvements at our then-current rates
  • We strongly recommend an ongoing maintenance arrangement for security updates and monitoring

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or connected with a project is limited to the total fees paid to us for that project in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or business opportunity, or for the acts and omissions of third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Termination

Either party may end a project where the other commits a material breach that is not remedied within [response period] of written communication, or becomes insolvent. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed and for costs already committed, and we will hand over completed work and assets as agreed in the project agreement.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a signed project agreement states otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for a project is the one published when the project agreement was signed, unless we agree a change in writing. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.

16. Contact
