Flagship service

We don't just redesign websites. We redevelop them for what's next.

A redesign changes how a website looks. Redevelopment changes how it performs — structure, speed, mobile experience, technical foundations, content and conversion. If your website is holding the business back but the business itself has moved on, this is the service that fixes it.

Why businesses redevelop

Ten signals your website has outgrown the business.

Redevelopment is rarely a cosmetic decision. It is what happens when the gap between how good the business is and how good the website looks becomes a commercial problem.

The website is 3–5+ years old

Web standards, devices and visitor expectations have all moved on since it was built.

It is not mobile-friendly

Most visitors arrive on a phone and are being asked to pinch, zoom and guess.

The design looks outdated

Visitors decide whether to trust you within seconds of landing.

It is slow

Heavy pages lose people before your offer has finished loading.

Conversion rate is poor

Traffic arrives and leaves without ever taking a next step.

SEO structure is weak

The technical foundation makes it hard for search engines to understand and rank the site.

The CMS is difficult to use

Simple content changes require a developer, so the site quietly stops being maintained.

Functionality is broken

Forms, integrations or old plugins fail, and issues can go unseen until an enquiry is lost.

Security and updates are a concern

Unsupported themes and abandoned plugins are a risk to your visitors and your reputation.

The business has outgrown it

New services, locations or markets were added and the website never caught up.

The solution

Fourteen areas we audit, then upgrade.

Every redevelopment starts with the same discipline: find out what is costing you, in order of impact, before a single pixel changes. Then we rebuild the foundations and protect what is already working.

The redeveloped website: clear structure, quick to scan on a phone and built around the enquiry path. The original website: dense text, a dated layout and no obvious next step for visitors.BeforeAfter redevelopment

Conversion tracking and reporting so decisions stop being guesswork.

Security

Hardened forms, updated dependencies, sane headers and hosting hygiene.

A content model your team can actually use without developer support.

Automation

Enquiry routing, follow-ups and repetitive admin handled automatically.

Redevelopment vs starting again

Why redevelopment is usually the smarter commercial decision.

A brand-new website sounds cleaner. In practice, throwing away an indexed site with existing content and history creates work you then have to pay for twice.

ConsiderationRedevelopmentStarting from zero
Existing contentAudited and reused where it performsRewritten from scratch
Search historyProtected with URL mapping and redirectsStarts again from nothing
Brand recognitionKept, then modernisedRebuilt and re-learned by the market
Cost profileFocused on what is failingEverything is built again, including what worked
Time to launchShorter, stagedLonger, all-or-nothing
RiskControlled, measurable changeEverything moves at once

There are cases where starting again is genuinely right — a discontinued platform, unfixable structure or a business that has fundamentally changed. We will tell you when that is the case, and we would rather say so at the assessment stage than sell you the wrong project.

How the project runs

Redevelopment, stage by stage.

You always know what is happening, what is next and what you need to provide. Each stage has a defined output you sign off before we move on.

Ways to work with us

Start with the assessment, then decide.

No pressure to commit to a full redevelopment before you understand what is actually wrong. Most clients start with the assessment and a shortlist of priorities.

1. Website Assessment

A structured 14-point review of your existing site: design, UX, speed, mobile experience, technical SEO, content, security and conversion paths — with findings ranked by business impact.

Free, no obligation

2. Redevelopment Project

The full redevelopment — strategy, design system, build, content structure, performance, SEO foundation and launch. Delivered in stages with sign-off at each stage.

Fixed scope, staged delivery

3. Ongoing Growth

After launch: SEO, AI GEO, campaigns, social and automation work as one plan, measured against the conversion paths built into the site.

Month to month

Redevelopment questions

What clients ask us before starting.

If your question is not here, ask it directly — we answer straight, including when the honest answer is “you do not need this yet”.

That is exactly what the assessment answers. If the problems are cosmetic — outdated colours, a weak homepage, a slow plugin — a focused fix is cheaper and faster. If the issues are structural (architecture, technology, mobile experience, conversion path), patching them individually usually costs more than doing it properly once.

It should look recognisably like your business and clearly more modern. We work from your existing brand where it has equity, and we will tell you if the brand itself is the weak point rather than the website.

Every page is reviewed and classified: keep as-is, rewrite, merge, or retire. Nothing is dropped by accident, and we map old URLs to new ones with redirects so nothing breaks.

Often yes. If the platform supports the required structure, speed and maintainability, we will redevelop within it. If it does not, we will explain the trade-offs and recommend the simplest technology that meets the requirement.

Less than most clients expect. We need your insight during discovery and your sign-off at agreed gates. Day-to-day design, build, copy structuring and technical work are ours to run.

Redevelopment is the right time to add it. Booking systems, quote calculators, customer portals, e-commerce, quoting tools and integrations are all scoped as part of the new structure rather than bolted on later.

Let us audit your existing website.

Send us the URL. We will review your current site across the 14 areas we upgrade and come back with a shortlist of what we would change first — and an honest view on whether redevelopment is the right call.
